With the development of modern industrial technology and the gradual warming up of green building building industrialization have gradually become an industrial trend.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place construction period.the prefabricated building can better control the construction period,construction quality,labor consumption and cost.Through standardized design,production,assembly construction and comprehensive decoration,the prefabricated building can better control the construction period,which is conducive to the industrial transformation of the construction industry and the improvement of quality and efficiency.Prefabricated building has the characteristics of large components and fast construction speed.Once a safety accident occurs,it will not only threaten the safety of people’s lives,the healthy development of enterprises and the stability of the country,but also hinder the construction of the general assembly.It is of great significance to ensure the effective control of the safety risks in the construction of prefabricated buildings.However,at present,the research on the safety risk management of assembly building construction in China is still in its infancy,most of which focus on the application of risk analysis methods to analyze the risk and risk factors,and there are not many comprehensive risk evaluation in the construction process of assembly building projects.Therefore,the risk assessment and research of assembly construction safety has become an inevitable research direction.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background of the safety evaluation of the assembly building construction and the development status at home and abroad of the safety evaluation of the assembly building construction.Combined with the characteristics of the assembly building construction and the theory of the cause of accidents,it combs out all factors that affect the safety evaluation of the assembly building construction as the initial evaluation index by collecting literature and other ways.This paper introduces the establishment principle of safety evaluation index system and the establishment of evaluation index system from five aspects: personnel factor,material factor,technical factor,management factor and environmental factor.Then,the questionnaire is used to send different people and units to evaluate the factors of assembly building construction safety,and a total of 4140 valid data are recovered.Based on the principal component analysis method,less important factors which can reflect most of the information are selected from many factors.The purpose of transforming many factors into a few comprehensive factors is realized.The key factors that affect the construction safety risk of prefabricated buildings are found as the main evaluation index.The index system of safety risk assessment for prefabricated building construction is determined by consulting experts.In view of the fuzziness and uncertainty of the evaluation information in the process of assembly building safety risk evaluation,this paper uses the structure entropy weight method to determine the weight of the first and second level evaluation indexes in the process of assembly building construction safety risk evaluation.The main step is to select experts who are familiar with the field of assembly building construction safety risk to sort the importance degree of indicators,and then carry out qualitative and quantitative transformation for typical sorting,calculate the weight of indicators,establish the weight coefficient,and finally normalize the evaluation vector,so as to reduce the difficulty of calculation.The method of modifying evidence theory is used to determine the data of evidence source,and the support degree of evaluation index is scored by experienced experts in this field.The matrix of mass function constructed by Bayesian method is recursively synthesized by D-S evidence synthesis theory to form the final comprehensive evaluation.This reflects the joint effect of different influencing factors,and improves the accuracy of construction safety risk assessment of prefabricated buildings.Finally,the paper selects the public rental housing-Jining District,Jiaxiang County,Jining City as a sample for empirical analysis,to verify the safety evaluation model of the assembly construction,and finally puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improving the safety level of the assembly construction.The empirical study shows that the construction safety risk of the prefabricated building in the example belongs to the "high" level,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation of the construction site,which shows that the evaluation method constructed in this paper is scientific and practical,and has certain guiding significance for the safety management of the prefabricated construction enterprises.
