Piezoelectric ceramic is a new kind of functional ceramic material, has been widely applied in areas such as the precision positioning, mems, micro/nano manufacturing technology, nano biological engineering. Therefore, an in-depth study of static/dynamic properties and control performance of piezoelectric ceramic plays a role of great help to the piezoelectric ceramic in various fields of applications.Aiming at the high precision testing of piezoelectric ceramic and high performance control problem, piezoelectric ceramic test bench is designed and the test bench is consist of control circuit, driving power and the mechanical structure design. At the same time, piezoelectric ceramic high performance control algorithm is studied based on the nonlinear characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic. Mechanical part of the piezoelectric performance test bench is designed. Due to the displacement of piezoelectric ceramic is very small, the design of test bed belongs to the micro mechanical. Through the reasonable design and precision machining and assembly, the final design of the test bench can measure micro displacement. The piezoelectric ceramic driving power supply and control circuit is designed and tested, which can output frequency, amplitude and phase controlled variety of waveform. According to the nonlinear characteristic of piezoelectric ceramic, the adaptive robust control algorithm is designed. The non-continuous mapping-based parameter adaptive law is used to adaptively estimate the system parameters. Built in the MatLab simulation environment, the control algorithm is designed for the validation. The simulation results show that adaptive robust control algorithm can achieve good effect of the output tracking control.This paper systemly completed the design and implementation of mechanical structure and electric circuit for piezoelectric ceramic test bench, and completed the method design and simulation validation of adaptive robust control algorithm for piezoelectric ceramic control system. The work of this paper laid a good foundation and reliable basis for the performance testing and high precision control of the piezoelectric ceramic.
