| In this dissertation, SnO2 as a substrate, Ni and Nb were co-doped by sol- gel method and spin coating technique to prepare its thin-film samples.The thin film samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS, FTIR, four-probe resistivity meter and spectrophotometer instrument. The results showed that: 500 ℃ preparing a higher degree of crystallinity tetragonal rutile SnO2: Ni composite film, SnO2: Nb composite film and SnO2:Ni, Nb transparent conductive film. Films surface smooth, uniform particle distribution. Ni2+,Nb5+ to replace the atomic manner into the SnO2 lattice, Ni2+ doping amount 6% of SnO2: Ni composite film has better UV absorption, conductivity was 2.98 × 10-2S/cm; Nb5+doping amount of 8% of SnO2: Nb composite film having good visible light transmittance,conductivity was 2.22 × 10-2S/cm. By optimizing the experimental conditions, and ultimately determine Ni2+ doping amount of 4%,Nb5+ doping amount of 6%, SnO2 prepared: Ni, Nb composite film ultraviolet transmittance rate of 90%, good conductive properties. |
