With the rapid development of automation technology in the late 1970 s, the degree of mechanization of manufacturing industry has been improved. Nowadays, the large-scale, mass production and manufacturing is widespread. In this increasingly high degree of dependence on machine manufacturing mode, the management of preventive maintenance of equipment is also in the enterprise manufacturing management system to occupy a more and more high status. With the increasing requirements of the equipment's automation and precision, it is very important to do some research on the use reliability of equipment, along with develop reasonable and effective maintenance plan and study the preventive maintenance of the effective prediction and analysis of the equipment's service life, so as to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of the enterprise.In this paper, we researched from the actual BS plant maintenance needs based on the analysis of the key process of production system. We took the solder paste printing machine as the key equipment in the whole process and focused on the maintenance status to determine the research demand.Secondly, we started with the FMEA analysis of the solder paste printing machine in the plant,combining with the detailed analysis of the operation mechanism. The fault tree was established, to analysis the quantitative relationship between the reliability and the reliability of the equipment. In order to solve the problem of negative correlation between component reliability and maintenance loss in the process of maintenance, we built the GERT network adding the fault loss as the network transmission parameters to establish the contact of system reliability and component reliability. It made the mothed to find out the key factors affecting the reliability of the equipment system more reasonable. As reliability of key parts was the important part of equipment system reliability research,and as most of the key mechanical parts are "degenerate" type and non-burst failure,we evaluated the reliability modeling method for key components of degenerate type. The reliability parameters of the components were predicted and the online reliability prediction analysis model of equipment components was presented. This could provide a certain degree of reference for some related research in the actual situation.
