At present, the industrial robot system reliability research has increasinglygained the attention of domestic and foreign scholars and manufacturers, but relativeto other standardized high reliability product,the reliability of industrial robots seemrelatively small, only a few monographs and papers a general overview of theindustrial robot system reliability analysis method, Little depth of industrial robots fordetailed structural decomposition and part-level failure analysis.In this paper,we use a clear idea of the fault tree analysis to show the arc weldingindustrial robot system failure occurs reason, manifestations,use the fault tree analysisImpact on the risk analysis of the relationship between deductive analysis. This paperdescribes the arc welding industrial robot fault tree analysis process:(1) Build the main components of the industrial Arc welding robot system failuremode and effects analysis, build arc welding industrial robot system fault tree and thevarious sub-systems fault tree, execute qualitative analysis of the fault tree, obtain asystem of first-order minimal cut sets, calculated each unit on the top event ofstructural importance.(2) Collected data on domestic scholars, research integration, on the basis of theuse of fault tree quantitative analysis of the value of reliability determination valueIRB3400industrial robots work100,000hours, stable and effective degree determinethe value, the average effective degree of the function expression data separately adetailed analysis of the reliability of the robot kinematic kinematic reliability anddraw IRB3400industrial robot to determine the value.(3) The final chapter details the dynamic fault tree analysis method of arcwelding industrial robot control system reliability analysis,build brief dynamic faulttree model and gives arc welding industrial robot control system reliability calculation mathematical model.In this paper, the first use of fault tree analysis more comprehensive qualitativeand quantitative analysis the IRB3400arc welding industrial robot, obtained a numberof reliability parameters,it is the first time to use the combination of reliabilityanalysis of the static fault tree analysis, kinematic,dynamic fault tree analysis of threelaw to arc welding industrial robot systems analysis, It as a reference for the designand development of new models of industrial robots in the future reliabilityengineering work, or improve the reliability of existing products, improve productperformance reference.
