| Coal consumption is an important component of China’s energy consumption pattern,The development of energy consumption is urgent to improve efficiency and reduce production cost in coal production. The unmanned production of coal has become a trend, so this article is study on the fluctuation law of monitoring parameters of unmanned coal mining in this situation, expecting to gain some measures and suggestions on improving the safety of unmanned coal mine.The stability of the monitoring parameters of the unmanned coal mining is one of the important factors to measure the safe level of coal production. This article analyze the influence in two aspects which are the stability of themselves and the affections they do for each other,hence this paper establish the mathematical formula to calculate the fluctuation of correlation that they affect others. The method of gain evaluated indexes has been optimized in this article. In the process of gaining the weight of evaluated index, we use interval judgment to compare their importance, mean while, we established mathematics model to optimized interval judgment on the basis of gray correlation theories. As a result, the matrix which we gain can meet the consistency requirement better and makes the consequence more accurate.We established safety production evaluation system and traditional evaluation system considering that the whole system’s safety to evaluate the safety level of unmanned coal mining. Also how to quantify the security score of each evaluation index is given in the article. so we can get the safe evaluation according to evaluation systems. At the same time, this paper analyzed one unmanned coal mining place and given detailed calculation steps on how to obtain the safety evaluation.In the end of the article, we listed some methods and suggestions to improve the safe situation of unmanned coal production. The key point to ensure the safety in unmanned coal mining is to emphasis ventilation. Good ventilation can effectively prevent the occurrence of gas accidents, At the same time, the influence of temperature change on the whole system is minimal. We also made some prospects for improving the safety production evaluation system of unmanned coal mining in the end. |
