Leakage Analysis And Solution Of High Pressure Diaphragm Heat Exchanger

High-pressure heat exchanger is one of the important parts of the reaction system of petrochemical hydrogenation unit.It is mainly used for the heat exchange between the reaction products at the reactor outlet and raw oil and circulating hydrogen.High-pressure heat exchangers commonly used in high-pressure hydrogenation devices include high-pressure heat exchangers with thread-locking rings,high-pressure heat exchangers with separators,and high-pressure heat exchangers with ?-rings.High pressure hydrogenation unit reaction system operating temperature and operating pressure are high,the production medium is flammable,explosive materials,in the event of leakage,not only will affect the production and operation of the device,but also may lead to fire,explosion or even casualties Major safety incidents.Especially because of the quality of overhaul,but the leakage caused by man-made causes more serious harm,therefore,the study of high-pressure heat exchanger after leakage in the maintenance of the causes and solutions to ensure long-term safe and stable operation of hydrotreating device has an important significance.Based on the practical situation,this paper analyzes the causes of the leakage of the diaphragm heat exchanger in the diesel oil hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical enterprise.Through the analysis of the shell,tube box flange and bolt of the diaphragm heat exchanger tube box,,Septum seal plate and sealed weld were calculated and analyzed.It was verified that the diaphragm heat exchanger was mainly responsible for the internal pressure of the tube box through the flange of the tube box,and the sealing seal of the diaphragm seal was mainly used for sealing.To ensure that after the maintenance of diaphragm heat seal seal disc weld does not occur the focus of leakage is the diaphragm sealing plate flatness,diaphragm seal disc group on the gap,welding process and control of welding deformation and so on.At the same time,in this paper,a special maintenance tool is designed for the diaphragm heat exchanger of a diesel oil hydrogenation unit in a petrochemical enterprise.Through the special maintenance tool,the maintenance process is strictly controlled according to the calculation and analysis.Qualified without leakage.Through the design of a variety of diaphragm heat exchanger special maintenance tooling to solve the diaphragm heat exchanger tube on-site removal and installation of the inconvenient problem,improve the diaphragm heat exchanger repair efficiency and the quality of the installation of components,high pressure diaphragm Type heat exchanger on-site maintenance,improve maintenance quality and reduce the sealing surface leakage has a guiding role,has a certain value in engineering applications.
