The village and town sewage not effectively deal with disorderly discharge, to the regional water environment brings huge pressure, for village sewage in our country, the existence of black and odorous and eutrophication problems. The research contents of this thesis mainly includes species of sewage purification and culture density screening laboratory experiment, orthogonal combined floating bed static and dynamic conditions of eutrophic water purification effect and in Tonghu area villages and towns to carry out in situ artificial wetland and artificial floating island ecological restoration demonstration project, for the ecological restoration of the town sewage provides effective recovery measures and technical support system.Species screening test, the static beauty study Canna, Cyperus alternifolius, Acorus calamus, Pontederia cordata, m.spicatum and c.demersum, Vallisneria natans and Potamogeton crispus, Potamogeton malaianus, silver carp, bighead carp, tilapia different culture density of eutrophic water purification effect, and preferably Shi Yipei breeding density, the results show that different species on the purification capacity of waters, there were significant differences in the emergent plant group, submerged macrophytes, fish group respectively, to the windmill grass, Myriophyllum spicatum, tilapia comprehensive net water effect is better, and the optimal culture density by 11.53 kg/m3,0.37 kg/m3,0.62 kg/m3 respectively.Orthogonal test of floating bed, through the advantages of orthogonal design to construct "species of emergent plants+submerged plant+aquatic animal" combined floating bed and purification effect of wastewater in the static and dynamic conditions, the experimental results show that 42 days later 9 orthogonal combined floating bed for water purification under static conditions of high load effect the average removal of TN, N03--N, NH4+-N, TP, COD were 97.97%,96.17%,97.57%,97.05%,72.15%, HRT respectively under dynamic conditions for 1d,2d,3d control,9 kinds of different HRT on floating bed average removal rate of TN is 94.93%, the Cyperus alternifolius +Potamogeton malaianus+bighead carp floating bed in HRT regulation 2d to test the water TN a better purification effect, the removal rate of 97.79% comprehensive comparative analysis, combined floating bed when the HRT is 2d on the water purification effect is good.In Tonghu areas to carry out in situ remediation demonstration project, to artificial wetland and strengthen the artificial floating island combined process treatment tong Lake town sewage. Artificial wetland study the hydraulic loading of 0.15 m3/(m2· d), Canna and reed wetland of high load of sewage purification effect, Canna indica wetland of TN, NO3--N and NH4+-N, TP, COD purification effect is better than that of reed wetland, and the effects of the hydraulic load 0.10,0.15,0.25,0.4 m3/(m2·d) when two wetland anti load ability, different hydraulic loading on the wetland purification water effect, hydraulic load is too high will lead to flow fast, sewage and wetland structure contact element is not sufficient, resulting in purifying effect is reduced. Strengthen the artificial floating island has a strong anti shock loading capacity and influent TN, NO3--N and NH4+-N, TP and COD in the highest concentration of 60.82 mg/L?5.46 mg/L.46.83 mg/L?5.97 mg/L?115.53 mg/L. During the running of the average removal rate was 86.21%,78.87%,89.77%, 85.76%,71.56% respectively.Artificial floating island for water purification effect contributions mainly from in every unit of the floating island structure of synergism, the floating bed is equipped with large very water plants and planting submerged plants to adapt to the water after rapid tillering and fish and microbial activity, artificial floating island ecological pond and stable operation of the system chain and ecological conditions of structure will continue to improve, dissolved oxygen and water transparency were significantly increased.
