Design And Application Of Artificial Floating Island In Landscape Water

In recent years,China’s water ecological problems have become more and more serious.Relevant departments have begun to attach great importance to water environmental protection and strengthen ecological construction.Among a series of ecological restoration measures,artificial floating islands have shown good ecological treatment effects in water treatment.They can not only restore eutrophic water bodies through floating island plants,but also add color to water bodies and even the city image.However,at present,the exploration and research of artificial floating islands mostly focus on the direction of ecological governance,and the expansion research in the landscape is relatively limited,ignoring its expression of garden aesthetic effect and extension of spiritual and cultural connotation in the landscape water body.Based on the ecological function of artificial floating islands in landscape water,relying on the background of landscape architecture,this paper uses a systematic research system to explore its design ideas and methods in landscape water.First of all,the development history,structural composition and types of artificial floating islands are sorted out,and the factors affecting the ecological function and landscape function of artificial floating islands are clarified.Through case visit,investigation and integration,it is clear that artificial floating islands can carry the connotation of landscape elements and play multiple roles in the landscape water environment;Secondly,the concept of landscape creation from the perspective of ecology and landscape is integrated to clarify the design objectives,principles and requirements of artificial floating islands in the landscape water body.The design idea of "ecological habitat landscape coupling" of artificial floating islands is put forward.Combined with the influencing factors,the design strategy of artificial floating islands suitable for the landscape water environment is constructed from the following five aspects: the selection of suitable water body,the selection of location,the design of combination form,the construction of space and the design of decorative effect,The ecological and landscape plant allocation methods and sustainable landscape maintenance measures of artificial floating islands are put forward;Finally,combining the specific design strategy with practical application,taking Xi’an Moat as an example,the characteristic artificial floating island landscape transformation design which takes into account ecological governance and environmental beautification is carried out.The purpose of this study is to convey a new design idea of artificial floating island that can balance ecological function and landscape function,broaden the landscape horizon for the study of artificial floating island,make it play the synergy of ecological function and landscape function,and provide reference for future theoretical research and practical application.
