With the rapid development of the global economy,the demand for refined oil products has been increasing year by year.Many petroleum refineries improve hydrogenation technology to obtain the light and clean fuels.Hydrogenation Reactor,which is the core equipment in the process of refining crude oil,works under the operating environment of long-term high temperature,high pressure,hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide corrosion,thus resulting in frequent accidents and serious consequences.The safety and reliability analysis of In-Service Hydrogenation Reactor has always been the focus and difficulty of safety analysis.The performance of complex structures was analyzed by ANSYS software,and provides theoretical and realistic basis for monitoring and controlling the risk of Hydrogenation Reactor in this paper.(1)Based on the summary of the basic structure and the main process flow of the Hydrogenation Reactor,the probability distribution,characteristic parameters and reliability parameters for the structure of Hydrogenation Reactor were performed.At the same time,the reliability of inner wall structure of hydrogenation reactor was calculated by response surface method,which proves that the designed structure reliability meets the design requirements.(2)The reliability analysis model of the main structures of the Hydrogenation Reactor was established,and the reliability analysis of the model was carried out by using the reliability analysis module of ANSYS.After the data collection of the reliability value of each model,the sensitivity of the size parameters,load parameters and material parameters were analyzed.The reliability value of each model and the size parameters,that load parameters and material parameters sensitivity to impact on reliability.(3)On the basis of reliability calculation,the fault tree model of Hydrogenation Reactor was built.The comprehensive safety of Hydrogenation Reactor was put forward through the risk matrix method and the safety mathematics method.Hence,the comprehensive risk grade of the Hydrogenation Reactor could be determined according to the analysis of the comprehensive risk grade value of the calculation system.
