In modern steel sheet pile cogging-down rolling control system,due to the conventional linear control algorithm is difficult to meet the requirements of control system performance,in order to improve the robustness of control system and in view of the adaptive parameters change,therefore,is not dependent on the controlled object of deep knowledge,but rather through input and output information of human-simulated intelligent control method of thinking begin is introduced into the control system,as a new research direction control technology.Taking hebei jin west mills big h-beam steel sheet pile project as the background,through the steel sheet pile production process requirements,on the production line of various equipment selection,and USES the programmable controller(PLC)as a field control equipment,through the application of writing,debugging and application,realize the production line PLC control,and through the WinCC configuration software to realize the field data acquisition and monitoring,has set up a PC for the function of process monitoring system.And choose in this article,the mechanism analysis modeling method to establish the mathematical model under the pressure of hydraulic AGC system.According to the established mathematical model,the design of conventional PID controller and fuzzy adaptive setting PID controller.And in the Matlab/Simulink environment of two kinds of control mode of hydraulic AGC system simulation experiment was carried out.Simulation experiments show that compared with the conventional PID controller,fuzzy adaptive PID controller is under the control of AGC system has better rapidity and robustness,better applied to the on-line control.In this paper,finally,the designed control system debugging and operation are analyzed,showing the design not only meet the requirement of engineering technology in theory,but also real feasible in the actual production process,meet the needs of the user,for later related provides theory basis for the design of the system.
