Textile industry is a pillar industry of Zhejiang Province,hosiery industry plays important role in national economy.Presently china carries out actively policy about machine substitution,which increases manufacturing industry in modernization,automation,intelligence way.It will drive technological dividend to replace demographic dividend and become powerhouse,so the policy not only can optimize and upgrade new industries,but also promote economic growth continuously.With industry upgraded,the integration,automation,intelligence’s fully fashioned computer hosiery machine has became a mainstream trend of computerized hosiery machine,it can simultaneously finish looping and suture in a same computerized hosiery machine,so the looping way improves production efficiency and accelerates to intelligentized development;enlarges its applied fields that produces high-quality and multifunctional socks,such as sports socks,trekking light and medical socks etc.But LONATI implements a monopoly of techniques,china must independently research and innovate the technology of fully fashioned computer hosiery machine,it is important realistic significance that research it.Based on the analysis 0f looping mechanism,needle selection,transfer and seam mechanism basis,he paper focus on studying the principle of looping knitting and transfer and seam.On account of SolidWorks creating 3-D model,it used ANSYS to force analysis and motion simulation on looping mechanism and up and down-picker parts,curve of needle’s displacement,velocity,and acceleration were acquired by the above analysis.It proves the validity of theoretical research on fully fashioned computer hosiery machine.The main content and result of the paper show as follow:(1)The paper analyzes structure of fully fashioned computer hosiery machine and the principle of looping knitting,transfer and seam,up and down-picke,and it is key to research craft of looping knitting.(2)Based on the analysis of knitting’s principle and craft research basis,the paper analyzes looping system and up and down-picke,counts the key craft point,which provide to data for 3-D model and simulation.The key craft point shows that: circle back stroke H=20.5mm,maximum stitch depth H1=70.86mm;the height of picker-up H2=6.25mm;the height of picker-down H4=4.94 mm.(3)The paper adopts the method of mathematical modeling to stress analysis on looping knitting parts,the research shows that: strain is proportional to impact velocity,inversely proportional to the wave velocity during collision of needle and cam;the bigger is the speed of machine,the quality of needle and the the dip angle of thrust,the bigger is the normal pressure R during up and down-picke;when R is below 0,the needle leave thrust,it is impact for needle and other parts.(4)The paper adopts the modern design methods of machinery to model and simulate for looping mechanism and apply SolidWorks and ANSYS to create 3-D model and motion simulation,curve of needle’s displacement,velocity,and acceleration were acquired by the above analysis,the maximum altitude of needle up is 19.21 mm,the lowest altitude of needle down is-4.78mm;the result shows that the impact of extremum is 214.7cN when speed is 1.5m/s.(5)Based on the analysis structural features of air force system and the principle basis,the paper adopt hydromechanics model to research the relation of air velocity and the drag force.
