Study On The Countermeasures Of Water Pollution Management At Heyuan City

In recent years,with the rapid of Heyuan City industry and the advancement of urbanization,water pollution has become a hot point problem,Especially the prevention and treatment of water pollution problems.At present,the government is intensifying efforts to control water pollution,but due to the large polluted area,hardship in management,extensive production,and lack of environmental awareness,the water pollution situation is with little success and not optimistic.Therefore,studying and analyzing the present situation and main management problems of Heyuan City in water pollution has the very vital significance.Taking Heyuan City water pollution management as the research object,main problems of water pollution management in the county as a starting point,improving the management level of the local water pollution as the ultimate goal,this paper combines with local actual situation,integrating theories of environmental economics,environmental management,statistics and so on,to explore the new thinking and new way to solve the Heyuan City water pollution,providing theoretical basis for the planning of the water pollution governance in Heyuan City.This research mainly adopts the literature,field survey and statistical methods.Literature research provides the knowledge accumulation and thoughts for this study.Through the externality theory,public goods theory and the sustainable development theory,analyzing the water pollution problem of Heyuan City deeply,and put forward to the countermeasures of water pollution of Heyuan City.Field survey and statistical methods provide data and facts in this paper,which illustrating the correctness of the theory through quantitative analysis.
