With the increase of medical waste production amount in Guangzhou, the disposal of medical waste is becoming pay more and more attention to the municipal government and the people. It is very dangerous, more risks in the process of disposal, restricting the social, economic and environmental sustainable,coordinated development of Guangzhou.Especially owing to the adaptability and process principle of various disposal techniques, it leads to the differences of construction investment, operation cost of the various disposal technology, and the treatment effect which is good and bad are intermingled, bringing a great difficulty to the government department to choose disposal technology.Although medical waste disposal has launched 18 years in Guangzhou, the disposal technology and management pattern has not represented the advanced level, and the process of production and disposal of medical waste also has some problems.Especially the rapid growth of medical waste production amount, it bring huge pressure to medical waste disposal in Guangzhou.And pyrolysis technology had many advantages, which not only can save energy and prevent the production of secondary pollution,but also is considered to be a safe and effective new treatment technology.Based on the present research situation of medical waste generation and disposal in Guangzhou, the research is studying the composition, classification and characteristics and construction, operation and disposal of medical waste in Guangzhou, putting forward the problems in the process of production and disposal of medical waste,and forecasting the medical waste production amount of Guangzhou,analyzing the technical features between incineration technology and the high temperature steam sterilization technology, and further analyzing the different type furnace burning technology, putting forward the suitable disposal technology in Guangzhou.Finally through to the typical components of medical plastic pyrolysis experiment, it analyze of the pyrolysis characteristics of mixture composition and influencing factors, and provide a certain theoretical basis in design parameters and running of the pyrolytic incineration technology. The results shows that: (1)The plastic component content is higher of the medical waste in Guangzhou,and along with the use of disposable medical equipment, it will be more and more high in the future; (2)Medical waste production and disposal amount are increasing in Guangzhou.It predicts 25749.38 t to 2020.It brings huge pressure to disposal. The problems are the classification not thorough, the single disposal technology, aging equipment and nonstandard facilities requirements in the process of disposal;(3) Combined with a variety of technology and the situation of the medical waste disposal in Guangzhou, it suggests pyrolysis incinerator as a new medical waste treatment technology;(4) In the mixture fraction pyrolysis process, it has a weak interaction between components, mainly because of HCl contains interactions with other components, which basicily embodies the single-component pyrolysis behavior features.(5) For mixed components, it has the greatest effect in the heating rate on the pyrolysis process of mixture fraction pyrolysis characteristics, final temperature, gas flow rate and quality of samples are not big impact.
