With the development of the modern medical science , More and more medical waste are generated .As the No.1 hazardous waste, medical waste has become a source of spreading diseases.In order to meet the standard of "volume reduction, weight reduction and pollution reduction",effective and practical methods are being seeked.Meanwhile,incineration has being applied.However,quantities of contaminations such as HCl, NOx, SO2 and dioxins are generated due to the complexity of the waste incineration.As the contaminations has being attentioned,some special items will be studied necessarily,which will betterly control the corrosion of HCl and the formation of the dioxin.Medical waste contains 1.1%~2.1% chlorine,which is the imperative component of HCl and dioxin. Simulated typical components of medical waste have been carried out.In order to figure out the rules of Cl transfer, brines , cotton and PP are applied to take place of the typical components of medical waste.As a result of the experiments,many mechanisms have been developed.In the pyrolysis of typical components, sodium chloride solution with the cotton separate out the maximum of chlorine at 800℃;while sodium chloride solution with pp separate out the maximum of chlorine at 700℃. When the time advances,there is a peak on the severing chart of Cl ,and the severing of Cl will decrease over the peak temperature.Besides,the proportion of the typical components and the sodium chloride solution also affects the severing rate of Cl,more sodium chloride solutions are added ,higher severing rate is generated.In the process of typical components incineration,the reaction mechanisms are more complexed because of the oxygen.The severing of Cl takes on a little randomicity as well. The severing of Cl in Cotton and sodium chloride solutions incineration takes on a tendacy of decrease as the temperature are increasing.Finally,it is stable at 900℃;but for the PP and sodium chloride solutions,it is different.The severing rate of Cl always fluctuate at a given constant,and the fluctuating scope remains a tiny value.Consequently,the severing rate of Cl for PP and sodium chloride solutions appears stable.In the experiments of the typical components of medical waste and sodium chloride solutions incineration,simulated medicine is added.As a result,the severing rate of Cl increases to some extent.According to the analyse of the incineration...
