| With the development of society and improvement of people’s consumption level,market share of high-end cigarette is increasing continuously;hard carton packaging becomes a trend in cigarette packaging.Manual packing efficiency is relatively low because auto packaging machine is still under development currently.Based on actual demand of large-scale cigarette enterprises in China,this paper studies the proposal of cigarette hard carton packaging production line and key process machine,applying Parametric Design,Dynamics,Kinematics and Optimization Design and Auto CAD.The prototype of key process developed passed testing and can fulfill the requirement of enterprise.Main content as below:1)Introduce the feature of cigarette hard carton packaging,identify key process of packaging and key design points.2)Study overall proposal of the packaging machine and finish structure design proposal and systematic design proposal.Break down whole machine to different parts: putting in cigarette,putting in small box of cigarette,transporting carton,transporting small box of cigarette,transporting WIP and folding paper pad.3)Apply Parametric Design,Dynamics,Kinematics,Equilibrium Analysis,Force Analysis,3D Modeling,Simulation on key machine parts,define reasonable parameters and prove that the prototype will not setup resonance.4)Record and analyze the machine vibration and noise during prototype trial running.Result shows this prototype can fulfill the demand of enterprise with low vibrate and noise and high reliability. |
