This paper with sludge reduction as the goal,from the source reduction and end reduction two aspects to carry out the experimental study.In this paper,the effects of pretreatment of electrochemical oxidation on sludge dewatering and the effect of flocculant on electrochemical sludge dewatering were studied.And electrolyzed part of residual sludge from the SBR wastewater treatment system,then returned to the reactor.Through the sludge generation and the indexes of inlet and outlet water to analysis the effect of electrochemical oxidation on the source reduction.The study found that : Under the same electrolysis time,the dewatering performance of the sludge was gradually deteriorates with the voltage intensity increases.Under the same voltage intensity,the longer the electrolysis time,the worse performance of the sludge dewatering.PAC and PFS improve the electrolysis sludge dewatering performance,but PAM will make the sludge dewatering performance worse.Under the 12 V voltage,the lysis efficiency of the electrochemical oxidation was higher when the reaction time was 30 min.Which have no influences on the SBR sewage treatment system effluent quality to let 30% of the SBR sewage treatment system electrolysis sludge return to the reaction tank,but that can reduce the sludge production by 20.6%,in this way can realize the reduction of sludge source.This paper also explores the effect of chemical types and dosage,press cloth selection,feeding conditions and pressing conditions toward the sludge dewatering performance,through the determination of specific resistance and water content of the sludge cake and other indicators analysis the effect of the flocculant + plate and frame filter press sludge dewatering process on the end reduction.The study found that:The optimal chemical types and dosage are 5%PAC+0.3%PAM and 6%PFS+0.3%PAM.In the same frame filter press operating conditions,adding the above two agents,using black wire cloth filter cloth as the filter medium can achieve better pressure filtration effect.Comparison of 10 Hz,12Hz,14 Hz,16Hz,18 Hz,40Hz six feeding frequency cakes,the water content of the sludge cake of 10 Hz frequency on the lowest rate.Choicing the proper and stable feeding speed,under the premise of ensuring filter effect,and then select the high feeding speed.It is not the larger squeezing pressure the better squeezing effect will get.Operating parameters should be changed with squeezing sludge conditioning,pressing pressure can withstand without leakage in the filter mud as possible increase can reduce the time of pressing.The filtrate of presscan directly flow back to the inlet of emissions to disposal.The sludge cake can be used to meet the specification requirements of brick,wood and incineration,and the quantity of heat is less than that of the original sludge.Through the comparison of the two processes,now we can choose the end reduction technology,but in the long run,in order to reduce sludge production source reduction process to solve the sludge problem fundamentally,strengthen the research of source reduction process is very necessary.
