| This paper mainly studies the cutting fluid practicality and environmental protection,different kinds of lubricating base oil compounds,surfactants,defoamers,rust inhibitors,extreme pressure agents rationally formulated,according to GB/T6144-2010 quality indicators for testing,the deployment of different formulations of stable cutting fluid.Through the practical application,the choice to meet the factory for different processes and different work-piece material production requirements,and the use of nano-materials as extreme pressure agents and lubricants,so that the performance of cutting fluid has been greatly improved,the final preparation of non-toxic environmentally friendly cutting fluid.Composite polyalcohol ester PE-25 is better than ordinary grease in practical application,in addition to have lubricity,its biodegradability is reflected in the environmental protection concept,and at the same time have obvious synergies with extreme pressure agent.Surface active agent selection of polyethylene glycol emulsifier,not only to cutting fluid emulsifying properties more stable,and have a certain degree of lubrication and anti-rust.The addition of nanomaterials improves the comprehensive performance of the cutting fluid,replaces a small amount of non-environmentally friendly substances,and greatly reduces the cost,making the cutting fluid more competitive in the market,more convincing in environmental protection.The selected rust inhibitor boric acid ester,triethanolamine and triethanolamine oleic acid soap,according to a certain proportion of complex,so that the level of cutting fluid rust to production requirements.By adjusting the experiment,polyethylene glycol,a surfactant and synthetic emulsifier complex polyol ester PE-25 mass ratio of 1:1 provides the highest borate,triethanolamine,triethanolamine oleate soap mass ratio of 3:2:1 mixture to form a complex type of rust inhibitor,the added amount of 20%,to meet the various types of workpiece rust required.Nano material selection nanometer molybdenum was 0.4% by mass,not only the extreme pressure being met and almost replace the traditional extreme pressure agents,significantly reduce costs,defoamers preferably defoamers market in the sale of 118,dosage more than 0.3%,can ensure a stable cutting fluid while defoaming to meet the requirements.Finally,the formulation of water-based nano-cutting fluid was determined: 8-15% of polyalcohol ester PE-25;10-15% of emulsifier of surfactant polyethylene glycol;and 17-20% of complex type anti-rust agent;Defoamer B118 is 0.3-0.5%;nanometer molybdenum oxide is 0.1-0.4%.Cutting fluid according to GB/T6144-2010 quality indicators for testing,and conform to national standard requirements.The formulation was designed as a factory transverse project.In practical application,the plant-based cutting fluid is more likely to breed bacteria than the original petroleum-based cutting fluid and is not conducive to the workers’ production and processing environment.Therefore,in the application of water,alkaline electrolyzed water is used to not only inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria,but also improve the cutting fluid cooling and cleaning capacity.Cutting fluid purification device is a machine for cutting fluid waste water treatment equipment,the use of ozone sterilization and microporous membrane of the high adsorption function,the cutting fluid waste liquid separation treatment,the cutting fluid waste liquid to be recycled to solve the actual The application of cutting fluid waste treatment problems,significant savings in business costs,in line with the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development of the economy. |
