In this research, studied enrichment rule of Cd in Pardosa pseudoannulata and underlined potential influence of Cd on development and fecundity of spider, the main results are as follows:1 ICP-MS test data indicated that Cd could be accumulated in fruit fly and P. pseudoannulata by food chain. Experimental data suggested the Cd content was increasing along with extended feeding days.the peak value was occurred in7-9 days, whereafter, there had slight reduction.2 The Cd-treated spider had prolonged developmental time when compared with non-Cd treated spider. There was significantly difference on developmental duration at 4th, 5th and 7th instar of spider (p<0.05). Meanwhile, Cd stress did not affect development parameters of spider during 3 rd to 5th instars while significantly extended developmental time at 6th instar (p<0.05). The number of sacs and hatching rate of Cd treated spiders was also obvious less than those of control spiders.3 Results showed that Cd stress had importantly effect on sugar and protein metabolism in blood and sac of spiders.4 Elisa detection showed phenol oxidase and chitinase activity in Cd treated spider was severely affected (p<0.05). The total choline esterase and metallothionein in 5th spiderling was also changed to response to Cd stress (p<0.05).In conclusion, heavy metal Cd could be transferred and accumulated in P. pseudoannulata via food chain, and then influenced developmental parameters and active substance in spider. However, the functions and metabolic mechanisms are still remaining to be further elucidated.
