Blast furnace is an important link in the production of iron and steel.This method of production of iron accounted for more than 95%of the total output of the world iron because of its good technical and economic index and its advantages of simple process,high production,high productivity,low energy consumption.Blast furnace operation in the very great degree is reasonable and optimum gas flow distribution.So the distribution of gas flow online detection method can help operators to determine the distribution of the gas flow and furnace condition to guide the operation of blast furnace gas flow to obtain a reasonable distribution of blast furnace to achieve high-quality,high-yield,low cost,and longevity of production targets,with realistic economic and scientific significance.In this dissertation,throat gas flow of 5500m3 blast furnace in Shougang Jingtang is studied.The limits of the current of gas distribution detection method are analyzed which include cross temperatures,infrared image and mine coke ratio.In order to solve the problem of only a few discrete values of cross temperatures,surface edge temperature faults of the infrared image and hypothesis condition of ore coke ratio,the fusion algorithm is presented based on three different temperature characteristic information calculated from crossing temperatures,infrared image and ore and coke ratio,and ultimately achieves a relatively accurate gas flow detection throat.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The relative characteristics of throat gas detection information was studied according to blast furnace process;(2)Data interpolation was studied to interpolate the cross temperature data and extract the continuous temperature value,the temporal and spatial filtering technique was used to process the infrared image and extract the gray curve and mathematical model of burden distribution was established and the ore and coke ratio was extracted according to three un-continuous kinds of feature information obtained from cross temperature,infrared image gray,ore and coke ratio;(3)The information on the material surface temperatures were calculated according to three kinds of characteristic,and the three burden-surface temperature results were obtained with weighted calculation,which the weighting factor is adjusted by the number of pixels and the fuzzy inference statistical methods to determine a weighting factor of the measurement cycle,thereby an integrated throat gas flow test results distribution was obtained;The gas distribution detection method proposed in this dissertation,which combined three kinds of information can measure the accurate burden surface temperature and reflect the distribution of the gas flow,solve the problem of single comprehensive and accurate detection of problems.According to the practical operation data of blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang,the simulation platform of blast furnace was established.The simulation results proposed in the dissertation showed that the burden surface temperature detection which combines three kinds of information operation achieves the effective detection and accurately reflects the blast furnace gas flow distribution,meets the production requirements.
