In recent years,the coking industry has been constantly improving the safety grade of the equipment.Especially when production process is combined with automation,its role is particularly important,like the heart of the whole factory.Any fault,once appearing,will bring immeasurable loss.The Control system is the brain of the equipment or the production process,so an advanced scheme of the control system must be adopted to ensure the stablity and reliablity of the unit.However,the traditional coking industry of our country has many shorting,such as,poor reliability,a large amount of maintenance,low automation level.In view of these,the demand for advanced control scheme is urgent.Taking Angang Bayuquan steel branch company working in the equipment security coking byproduct crude benzene zone control system development as the background.structure and working principle of crude benzene area made a detailed introduction,and connecting with the actual situation the region from the control system hardware configuration,program construction.logic implementation and monitoring screen configuration are studied.According to the actual situation.in order to satisfy the requirement to take off the benzene bottom level control for the purpose of PID control strategy is used to control the liquid level.Through the parameter setting,obtain fast dynanmic response,less overshoot and stable level control of good results.According to the long process of benzene tower,interference characteristics.cascade control mode to the take off benzene tower top temperature,outer ring adopts fuzzy PID control.the inner ring use the PID control.Use the error switching strategy of fuzzy PID.and design the fuzzy control rules based on expert experience in the field.Is widely used in large chemical enterprise application of SIMATIC PCS7 software as a development tool,designed the operating system of the technological process,which can realize the crude benzene production process monitoring,adjustment of PID parameters.In view of the actual situation,we adopt Siemens special CFC structured text language,improve on previous control system function,successfully used in the production process.On the process and electrical parameters to observe real-time trends and historical trend,printing,automatic generation of production report,etc.,but also has to real-time process and electrical fault alarm function,through the display shows the alarm information,and can through the voice alarm to remind.This paper design the by-product of crude benzene area control system,has been applied in the actual production.Control system stable and reliable running,convenient operation,control precision.
