Study On The Cognition Of Public Ecological Civilization In China

Ecological civilization reflects the inevitable trend of the development of human society,which occupies a very important position in modern society and we make it an essential goal in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.In the whole process of the construction of ecological civilization,public participation is essential,the cognition for the construction of ecological civilization theory,public policies and measures,the status of cognitive status is directly related to if the process of ecological civilization construction goes smoothly.With the “national industrial environment education outline(2016-2020)” comes out,the cognition of ecological civilization of the public is becoming an urgent problem to be solved.Under the above background,this paper takes “the cognition of public ecological civilization” as the research subject,and launches a systematic study.First of all,the paper analysis the status of domestic and foreign research and discusses the premise of the ecological connotation of ecological system and ecological civilization,on this basis,this paper puts forward the concept of public ecological civilization cognition,analyzes its performances and effects,in order to reflect the unity of “knowledge” and “action” and the cognitive status of public ecological civilization,and embodying the cognitive status into four dimensions: awareness,identity,satisfaction and practice.Secondly,this paper divides the development process of our country’s public ecological civilization cognition into four stages,that is,the stage of environmental awareness,the concept of sustainable development and the stage of public ecological civilization.Thirdly,the paper regards different cultures,different regions,different occupation public perspective as the starting point,combining with the four dimensions of public ecological civilization cognition and the investigation data of authority structure and the relevant scholars.Analysis of the domestic public cognition of ecological civilization,the different characteristics of the domestic public cognition now,which influences the public ecological civilization cognition and even the factors that leads to the formulation of obvious difference relates to the ecological civilization education,construction of ecological civilization and public participation and related policies.Finally,for the various problems in domestic public ecological civilization cognition and influence factors,this paper puts forward three approaches to adjust the cognitive differences of public ecological civilization,such as improving the ecological civilization education system,enhance the level of public participation in the construction of ecological civilization,and improve the related policies of the public cognition of ecological civilization.
