Research And Design Of DCS Compound Monitoring System For Polyurethane

In recent years,the domestic polyurethane industry has a rapid development,engaged in polyurethane production enterprises have reached hundreds.In the production monitoring,many companies still use local detection instrument with the scene of workers to monitor the operation of the way,this traditional production methods make the production process with labor intensity,low production efficiency and product quality is not guaranteed so improve the entire production process of the level of automation monitoring is very necessary.This paper based on the commissioning project of Anhui Anli Synthetic Leather Co.,Ltd.,the research and design of the polyurethane resin reactor monitoring system were carried out according to the process requirements of polyurethane resin wet production.This paper introduces production of polyurethane resin and determines the source and significance of the research,according to the development trend of monitoring system in recent years,combined with the production process and monitoring requirements of polyurethane resin wet production,it is determined that the DCS monitoring system based on PLC and King View.The program mainly includes the design of the hardware circuit,the preparation of the PLC program,the drawing of the upper man-machine interface,the design of the formula management system and the realization of the wireless sensor network.The hardware circuit of the system is composed of the system distribution circuit,the kettle motor control circuit and the on-site valve control circuit as the main foundation of the system.Using Siemens S7-300 PLC as a logical control core to achieve the production process automation.Using King View to draw the host computer interface and designing recipe management system,designed the archive function,the production parameters stored in the Access database.Builting a Zigbee temperature wireless network to achieve the concentration of the reactor temperature monitoring plant.This paper designed the entire DCS control system completely,and carried out on-site installation and commissioning,for the scene of the interference and other practical problems to be resolved,the system has been put into stable operation of enterprises to achieve the production monitoring requirements.
