In recent years,Polyurethane industry has experienced rapid development,and hundreds of companies have emerged in the industry.As to production control,many companies still use the methods such as instrumental controls and manual feedings,which leading to uncontrollable product qualities and poor production safety.Therefore,how to improve the levels of processing intelligence and automation has become one of the hot topics in polyurethane industry.This work uses the project,the third monitoring system of polyurethane reactor,which committed by Anhui ANLI Artificial Leather Co.,Ltd.,as research object to design solutions based on its production process flows and requirements.In consideration of actual production situation,this thesis analyzes and compares characters of paramount computer control systems based on processing requirements and control characteristic of polyurethane reactor,and proposes the DCS control system solution based on PLC and Kingview.The system acquires data through field instruments such as load cells,temperature sensors and transmitters,etc.;performs core control tasks through SIMENS S 7-300 series of PLCs;and controls reactors such as pumps,valves and motors through PLCs.The software Kingview of WellinTech,Inc.is used to design configuration screens in upper computers and is used to perform related screen display and partial control functions with the help of PLCs.The software in upper computers communicates with these PLCs through Industrial Ethernet.Firstly,related concepts of control system of polyurethane reactor are introduced;secondly,the overall system solution design are described in detail;Lastly,circuit designs of system hardware,software programming and reality of configuration screens are given.The designed monitoring system of polyurethane reactor features stable and safe operation performance,safe and easy operability,real time communication and good expandability.It can significantly reduce labor intensy of operators;improve productivity and economic performance of companies.The system stands for state-of-the-art technologies,leading in the industry of the country and has certain reference value to other companies in the industry.
