The Research For Properties Of Multi-functional Shutter Fabric And Design Of Product

The shutter fabric is a new type of products made of fiber,breaking through the material of traditional Venetian blinds.Shutter fabrics not only can block ultraviolet and heat radiation,which control air convection of indoor,but also can effectively reduce the temperature of indoor,which improve the space of the thermal environment.Its appearance is more appreciative,and having richer color patterns,getting more and more respected by the market.But in the current market,The type of shutter fabric,which woven by different kinds of functional yarns and which can conduct functional conversion based on different functional needs,has not yet been developed.This paper is based on a new structure of fabric,using the ultraviolet resistant,absorbent quick drying,temperature regulating,flame retardant of yarns as the raw material of shutter fabrics.Aiming at developing the safe and reliable shutter fabrics,with a variety of functional,which can come true functional conversion.Which improve the added value of products,and can meet the market demand for high-quality decorative fabrics.This topic design’s shutter fabric,it is arranged by a unit structure that made up of a single layer fabric and a double-layer bag shaped fabric.The unit structure of the double-layer bag fabric using functional yarns as weft weaving materials.On the basis of fully considering the properties of the various functional yarns,using Coolmoon UV resistant yarns,CALCULO absorbent quick drying yarns,Outlast/ cotton blended yarns and environment-friendly flame retardant polyester yarns as functional yarns of raw materials.The functional properties of these functional yarns were tested,and the experimental results show that these functional yarns can meet the functional requirements.Setting the functional weft density,two groups of functional configuration,and the exposure rate of functional weft in the fabric surface,as the study’s influence factors of functional properties of fabrics.According to the orthogonal table of threefactors and three levels,weaving 27 pieces of I,II and III three series of fabrics.The series of I use Coolmoon anti ultraviolet yarns and flame retardant yarns as the weft material,the series of II use CALCULO absorbent quick drying yarns and flame retardant yarns as weft material,the series of III use Outlast/ cotton blended yarns and flame retardant yarns as weft material.According to the functional weft density,two groups of functional configuration,and the exposure rate of functional weft in the fabric surface,discussing and analysing the influence between structure and the function of fabric.Experimental results show that:(1)the series of I:When the arrangement ratio of internal and external weft and tissue structure are unchanged,the resistance of UV and flame of fabrics increased with the increase of weft density;When the arrangement ratio is 1:2,the resistance of UV and flame are the best;The anti ultraviolet performance of satin weave is better than plain and twill.(2)the series of II:With the increase of weft density,the moisture absorption and the permeability properties of fabric firstly increased and then decreased;the moisture absorption of twill weave is the best,the permeability properties of satin weave is the best;When the weft density is 60 /cm,and the weft arrangement ratio is 1:2,the fabric can have excellent moisture permeability and flame retardant properties.(3)the series of III:With the increase of weft density,the thermal insulation property of fabric firstly increased and then decreased;When the arrangement ratio is 1:2,the resistance of thermal and flame of fabric are the best;the insulation performance of satin weave is better than plain and twill.According to the experimental results,the parameters of structure are summarized that can develop high quality multi-functional shutter fabric:When the total density of two functional group is 60 /cm and the arrangement ratio of weft yarn and weft flame retardant yarn is 1:2,fabrics can have excellent multi-functional effect.According to the research conclusion,designing two kinds of multi-functional shutter fabrics,one kind of no pattern,another has patterns.
