Deep brine is a kind of precious liquid mineral resources,it is buried deeply and total soluble solid and rich trace components.In recent years,with the rapid advance of modern science and technology,the vigorous development of relevant industries makes shallow brine resources are reduced,so deep brine mining is more and more important,it has great exploitation value as well as coal,oil,natural gas.Relative to the shallow brine mining,deep brine mining has difficulty in a long transport distance,high transport pressure and big resistance and higher costs of transport pipeline requirements and maintenance.In 2012,national high technology research and development program(863 program)put "deep brine efficient exploitation of key technologies" in the key research and development field.How to reduce the flow resistance of mining transport brine pipeline and the mining/transport energy consumption is the key to technology bottleneck of economic production of the deep underground brine.As we all known,polyacrylamide(PAM)has good drag reduction performance in clear water.Because deep brine has high temperature and high salinity,the performance of heat resistance and salt tolerance of PAM is poor.It is hard to apply PAM as brine pipeline drag reduction agent.Therefore,it must carry on the modification of polyacrylamide,keeping the drag reduction in performance at the same time improving the heat resistance salt resistance.The sulfonic acid group anion of 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)is strong and good solubility in water and not sensitive to the cationic attack,so it has excellent salt resistance.The vast side group also can improve the rigidity of the polymer,increase the heat resistance performance,so AMPS can use to modify polyacrylamide.As the brine resources needs,transport pressure increases and brine salinity increases,modified polyacrylamide is particularly important.In this study,AMPS was choosen and maleic anhydride(MA)and styrene(ST)molecules were introduced,Using the molecular polar groups to slightly increase point in the polymer of rigidity.The polymer molecular chain in stretch state in the high velocity,in order to improve polymer drag reduction performance.Therefore,this research has been synthesized polymer(AM/AMPS/MA)and(AM/AMPS/ST)by AM,AMPS,MA or ST as comonomer,redox initiator system,aqueous solution polymerization and the orthogonal experiment.Using infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum and thermal weightlessness on the water-soluble polymer were characterized,and test their drag reduction in simulated brine pipeline performance,get a new drag reduction agent can be used to established halogen mines of halide pipeline.The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions of the polymer(AM/AMPS/MA)were folowings,temperature was 30?,dosage of initiator was 0.02%,monomer mass ratio was 4:1:1,total monomer concentration was 30%;the optimum synthesis conditions of the polymer(AM/AMPS/ST)were folowings,temperature was 25 ?,dosage of initiator was 0.02%,monomer mass ratio was 12:3:1,total monomer concentration was 30%;when the simulation brine of the temperature was 20,the flow rate was 960L/h,the salt content was 150g/L,the dosage was 20mg/L,the polymer(AM/AMPS/MA)drag reduction rate could reach 44.8%,the polymer(AM/AMPS/ST)drag reduction rate could reach 40.3%.The two new water-soluble drag reduction agents synthesized in this experiment have good applicability to the simulated brine of each salinity,the synthesis price is low,the synthesis method is simple and easy,and the temperature and salt resistance is better than that of the existing Pipeline Drag Reduction Agent.The polymer(AM/AMPS/MA)and(AM/AMPS/ST)drag reducers can fully and effectively play its drag reduction performance in simulating the existing deep-drawn halogen tubing,reducing flow resistance and transportation energy consumption,successfully obtained a new type of water-soluble polymer drag reducing agent for the present situation of the present invention.
