| This study is based on the background of entrained-flow coal gasification technology,and fixed value tray scrubbing tower were selected as study objects to investigate fine ash wettability and scrubbing characteristic of micron particles.The detailed results are as follows:The effect of physicochemical properties of fine ash on wettability was systematically studied.The results show that particle wettability increases with PSD fractal dimension and surface fractal dimension increasing.The content of unsaturated functional group increases and particle wettability decreases with particle size decreasing.The more hydrophilic mineral substance,the better wettability.For particles larger than 40μm,the wettability increases with the moisture content increasing;While for particles smaller than 40μm,the wettability increases at first and then decreases.The scrubbing characteristic of particles smaller than 10μm in fixed value tray tower has been studied.For particles smaller than 0.1μm,the scrubbing efficiency decreases with particle size;for size between them,scrubbing efficiency increases initially and decreases later with particle size;for particles larger than 2μm,the scrubbing efficiency can achieve above 90%;for particles larger than 0.5μm,the scrubbing efficiency increases with particle size.For particles smaller than 2μm,the scrubbing efficiency grows and afterwards drops with increasing inlet particle loading and two phase flow parameter.Through multistage operation,the first tray has the most significant effect on particle removing.Glassbeads were modified to be hydrophobic and the effect of wettability on scrubbing efficiency was studied.The contact angles increase and wettability decreases with the modification time and the content of TMCS increasing.Particle wettablity has little effect on scrubbing efficiency of particles lager than 3μm,while has obvious effect on particles smaller 3 μm,especially among 1 and 1.66μm. |
