In this thesis,the pilot experiment of PN-ANAMMOX was initiated for the treatment of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater.In this paper,we start from the start of nitrosation,and study the control strategy and the parameter control in the process of nitrification.The regulation of nitrification reactor in accordance with ANAMMOX process was also achieved by reducing the ammonia load and reducing the amount of ammonia.Finally,PN-ANAMMOX together to achieve the joint process of stable operation and its ability to improve nitrogen removal.And the changes of functional bacteria in each region were analyzed by means of qPCR.The aim of this study is to provide new ideas and theoretical guidance for high efficiency and low denitrification of high ammonia wastewater.The main findings are as follows:(1)The continuous-flow nitrosation reactor was used to control the dissolved oxygen in different operating stages(DO=6.0±1.0mg·L-1,DO=0.6±0.1mg·L-1)at medium temperature(19~27?),and according to the increase of nitrite production rate,it is the key to the successful start-up of the pilot continuous nitrosation reactor.After 110 days of operation,the NPR of the reactor reached 1.2 kg N m-3 · d-1.(2)The combination of high FA(5.0 ~ 20 mg·L-1),FNA(0.025 ~ 0.033 mg·L-1)and low DO(0.6 ± 0.1 mg·L-1)during nitrosation initiation was the enrichment of AOB,NOB was eliminated,and the concentration of NON was 8 mg · L-1 and NAR was stable above 0.98.(3)Through the 110 days of operation,the proportion of functional microbial AOB in the continuous flow nitrosation reactor was gradually increased from 5.3 × 109 in the initial start-up period to 1.6×1011 after the successful start,the NOB The copy number but from1.1×1010 down to 1.2 × 109,AOB copy number of the order of magnitude higher than the NOB 2 orders of magnitude,which is the reactor nitrogen concentration within the low and high NAR reasons.(4)The pilot continuous nitrosation reactor was successfully used to meet the requirements of ANAMMOX process by reducing the ammonia load,reducing the air supply and removing the excess nitrification sludge in the reactor under the condition of medium temperature(31 ~ 35 ?)Regulation of nitrousation of influent.Matching success ANAMMOX process water quality with nitrite nitrogen: ammonia nitrogen =(1.0-1.5): 1(5)The combination of high FA,suitable temperature and low DO can effectively inhibit the activity of NOB.In the experiment,the FA concentration was controlled at 2~ 8 mg·L-1,the temperature was between 31?~35? and the concentration of DO was between 0.5 ~ 1 mg·L-1 in the process of nitrification of ANAMMOX process.It can effectively inhibit the activity of NOB,and NAR is also stable at 0.92.(6)During the process of increasing the denitrification capacity of the combined process,the nitrogen load was increased by increasing the ammonia concentration in the feed water and increasing the influent flow rate.After 71 days of operation,the denitrification rate reached to 0.431 kg N m-3 D-1.(7)The WTW monitoring instrument,which can monitor the operating parameters in real time,can monitor the running status of the reactor,obtain relevant data in time,and make timely adjustment to the current operating conditions to reduce the reactor's performance in the process The normal operation of the state of the reactor denitrification capacity to enhance the play a very big role.(8)according to the reactor problems should be timely to take appropriate measures to restore,to minimize the reactor in an abnormal state of time,while the reactor internal data should also be timely monitoring,only to understand the reactor inside Of the situation before the parameters can be obtained on the relevant empirical conclusions to verify and make adjustments.
