China is the world's largest printed circuit board(PCB)production in china.At the same time the rapid development of PCB industry to make the industry wastewater treatment problem has gained more and more attention.PCB wastewater because of its production process determines the high copper content,high concentration of ammonia nitrogen and low carbon characteristics.At present for the recovery process and the processing of the PCB of copper in wastewater has become mature and diverse,but the current domestic and international of PCB wastewater denitrification treatment less attention,high concentration of ammonia nitrogen are not fully wastewater treatment.The experimental test reactor successfully start conditions in the next,conducts the research in view of the pilot scale reactor in the operation problem,optimal conditions obtained in experiment,the ability to achieve stable reactor nitrogen removal.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The pilot plant water after pretreatment of PCB actual wastewater,device running 300D,HRT was shortened to 3.7h,aeration intensity 5.8m3/(m3·h),influent total nitrogen load of up to 1.3 kg/(m3·d),the total nitrogen removal rate is stable at 0.78 kg/(m3·d),up to a maximum of 0.81 kg/(m3·d),total nitrogen removal rate stable at around 60%,up to a maximum of 68%.(2)The effective volume of aerobic zones 450L,HRT 2.7h,the effluent nitrite accumulation rate of more than 90%,nitrite formation rate up to 0.92kg/m3/d.The effective volume of the anaerobic zone 150L,HRT 1h,total nitrogen removal rate up to more than 60%,total nitrogen removal rate up to 3.13 kg/(m3·d).(3)Adding sodium bicarbonate can avoid pH fluctuate greatly,the aerobic zone pH basic control in between 7.6?8.1,the anaerobic zone pH basic control in 7.9?8.4.Application of gas integration device skillfully litres of reflux,achieve acid-base complementary function,this design greatly reduces the effect of pH on the operation process of the plant in the integration test.(4)The pilot plant using ORP monitoring value to determine the pilot dissolved oxygen concentration of two regions in the device is suitable for microbial growth.The pilot plant operation 81?370d,during which the aerobic zone ORP basic control in between 100?200mv,the anaerobic zone ORP basic control in between-200-20mv,under these conditions,the pilot plant of nitrite formation rate reached 0.62 kg/(m3·d)(aerobic zone nitrite generation rate of 0.86kg/m3/d).The anaerobic zone ORP mostly in between-200-20mv,the pilot plant nitrogen removal rate reached 0.78 kg/(m3·d)(anaerobic nitrogen removal rate is 2.86 kg/(m3·d)).(5)Integration test device during operation,in order to obtain more efficient nitrification ability can choose to take measures to increase the volume of aeration and cast with nitrifying activated sludge aeration intensity,but not more than 9.3m3/(m3·h).
