This paper researches the technology of producing spot and the design and application of control system about Anshan Baode Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Chain grate-rotary kiln pellets.The Chain grate-rotary kiln pellets control system uses the developed automatic control conception and technology for completing the control requirement of Party A to Pellets synthesis,and real time monitoring of variable quantity in the productive process.This paper mainly has the following contents:1.The paper combines with the productive technology requirement and characteristic of Baode Sinter Plant Chain grate-rotary kiln,proposes that complex control system of pellets production which consist by Equipment control level and Monitoring of process level.The paper researches hardware configuration,network configuration and control function of industrial Ethernet technology.2.In software design of producing the process automatic control system,lower computer PLC uses Concept to compile program,collect and feed back field data.Upper computer uses Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition which is called In Touch to system configuration,and forms a favorable HIM.3.Air temperature change of Chain grate system has a larger effect on pellets quality,so modeling the Air temperature of Chain grate bed.To optimize this system by simulating PID feed forward control.Therefore,the ball qualities of Chain grate-rotary kiln pellets are improved.In a word,because the application of fuzzy PID feed forward control in Chain grate-rotary kiln pellets systems,the ball qualities of Chain grate-rotary kiln pellets are improved,so much as businesses economic benefits of follow – up production.
