| With the continuous expansion of domestic and international chocolate market,the demand for highly automated chocolate milling equipment is also increasing.In the past,the development process of the five-roller grinding machine control system must be completed with the controlled object,Therefore,the development of the structure and the control system is not coordinated,and the development cycle of the whole machine is prolonged.To solve this problem,the semi physical simulation technology is introduced into the development process of the five-roller grinding machine control system,which can shorten the development cycle.In this paper,a semi physical simulation platform based on SIEMENS S7-200PLC is developed for five-roller grinding machine,the controller is introduced into the semi physical simulation platform in the form of PLC,Using MATLAB\Simulink to build the simulation model of the main working part of the five-roller grinding machine,and realize the monitoring of the semi physical simulation platform by WinCC7.0.In order to solve the problem of real-time data transmission between modules,a real-time communication scheme based on OPC technology is proposed.According to the theory of deflection deformation,establishes the mathematical model of the roll bending deformation,and uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to verify the correctness of the model.According to the theory of heat transfer,the temperature field model of the grinding roller is established,which solves the problem of the roller temperature monitoring in the semi physical simulation platform.The simulation model of the hydraulic loading system is established by SimHydraulic,and the measurement circuit is designed to realize the real-time monitoring of the pressure.According to the theory of thyristor voltage regulation and the theory of auto transformer,the simulation model of AC motor soft start and step-down start is designed,so the whole semi physical simulation platform is improved.The paper finally completed the test controller semi physical simulation platform,solve a series problems of some inaccurate model and the simulation speed is too slow,and according to the real-time trend analysis to get a general conclusion,The research in this paper is a beneficial exploration of the application of the semi physical simulation technology in the food processing industry. |
