Taking ?927 working face and-590m transport tunnel in LU-Ling Coal Mine as engineering background,in this paper,an in-depth study on the deformation mechanism and supporting technology of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway with comprehensive research methods such as theoretical analysis,laboratory test,FLAC numerical simulation and field observation.Based on rock mechanics theory and elastic-plastic mechanics theory,a far field stress model of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway is developed,the analytical expressions of the stress of floor dynamic pressure roadway and vertical distance h and horizontal distance b are obtained.And considering rock failure criterion and flow rule,the analytical expressions of stress field and displacement field in the elastic zone and plastic zone and the radius of plastic zone were obtained,to research the deformation mechanism of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway.After field research,laboratory sampling and lab measurement of rock mechanics parameters,a numerical model of roadway in dynamic pressure of LU-Ling Coal Mine was constructed.By simulating different mining thickness,different protection coal pillar width and different cross section shape with FLAC3D software,the impact of when working face mining on the stability of surrounding rock of roadway can be learned.And it is concluded that the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway.And then,the paper discussed the mechanism of bolt and cable and the bolt-grouting and surrounding rock jointly carrying mechanism,and combining with the deformation and failure characteristics of-590m transport tunnel,putting forward the" Anchor net spray+ Anchor cable + Grouting" combined support scheme,and carrying out the numerical simulation analysis,and then applied the achievements to-590m transport tunnel for engineering practice.After a long-term field observation of underground pressure,the supporting design got a good result.
