In the process of large-scale mining machinery work,because of long service in the underground space,excavation gear,linkage device,the key mechanical parts due to long time and ore,coal and other hard minerals in the wear state,so prone to mechanical fracture,leakage Dangerous accidents,and these risk factors often occur before the frequency of abnormal vibration,the key parts of the sudden warming,etc.,so the key work of mining machinery parts of the temperature,vibration monitoring is necessary.Wired because the line winding can not be widely implemented,wireless sensor technology(WSN)is able to effectively solve this problem.And WSN(wireless sensor network)is the core issue of power consumption,so the design of a mine working state real-time monitoring of low-power wireless sensor nodes,in the realization of real-time information transmission,processing,display,record and control Can meet the premise to achieve low power consumption as much as possible.In order to monitor the on-line status of large-scale machinery in real time,the design of monitoring sensor nodes is designed according to the safety standard of mining equipment.The design of the energy management part of the use of LTC3331 chip,to achieve environmental energy acquisition and management and lithium battery management work together;the main control part of the use of MSP430F5438 microcontroller to control the sensor data acquisition;sensing part of the two sensors,Sensor uses DS18B20 to achieve temperature data acquisition,vibration sensor using ADXL345 to achieve vibration data acquisition;wireless transmission part of the use of CC2530 to send the sensor data sent to the host computer to display.Software language writing part of the use of supporting the IAR platform for programming language programming.The final sensor node in the laboratory environment,simulation of the real environment which has been effectively tested,the collected data truly reflect the environmental parameters,the overall power consumption remained below 171.039 mW,10 meters in the communication range can be real-time transmission.The initial realization of the low power consumption,small size,flexible installation requirements,improve the system monitoring of life and accuracy,can effectively prevent the occurrence of failure.
