Gas hazard is slowly becoming the arch-criminal threat coal mine safety work.At present,domestic coal is most common in sensor of catalytic combustion,heat transfer and infrared absorption,their disadvantages include lack of real-time,backward technology,narrow range,with complicated operation,very easy because of the occurrence of false positives or omission of the accident;the gas monitoring system at present,for the common data transmission of cable transmission,the problems of inconvenient wiring,equipment installation as a result of limited scope of its narrow data acquisition,poor mobility,lack of open data interface,it is difificult to do in mine life The real-time monitoring of production.The project combines the TDLAS technology,SCM technology,industrial Ethernet and wireless sensor network technology,research and design a online monitoring system in underground gas concentration.The use of TDLAS technology,SCM technology and wireless sensor network,combined with the two harmonic principle of weak signal detection,further reduce the detection limit,to achieve high sensitivity gas monitoring,wireless transmission and high stability data;Single chip microcomputer system collects and collects information,early feature of gas concentration analysis,explore the characteristics of early gas concentration;using wireless transmission to achieve data transmission network monitoring system for seamless transmission The monitoring system status and parameters are transmitted to the monitoring center in time,so as to provide reliable guarantee for preventing gas explosion.This technique overcomes the stability of traditional monitoring method for gas,low sensitivity and lack of real time and other shortcomings,provides a new method for monitoring gas concentration,the gas concentration for stable and efficient real-time monitoring.
