With the rapid development of society,people’s demands for working environment are higher and higher,which are mainly reflected in the aspects of personal safety and working environment.With the rapid increase of industrial level,the demand for oil and natural gas has also increased dramatically.As the key structure of oil and gas exploitation,the derrick capacity and the safety performance of mining operation are very important.Because the drill shaft frame poor working conditions,and with the increase of work times,have different degrees of the decrease of the derrick bearing capacity,but the existing bearing capacity of derrick inspection evaluation technology,poor real-time performance and high cost problems in order to ensure the safety of production operation efficient implementation of real-time detection and hook load bearing capacity for derrick are badly needed for monitoring technology research.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing bearing capacity checking evaluation,combining previous research,on the basis of derrick strength theory,this paper puts forward the integration of the derrick bearing capacity for real-time detection and hook load monitoring technology.The main technical points are mainly reflected in two aspects: first,by combining the sensor with the computer technology,real-time detection of the thigh stress of the derrick,and calculating the actual carrying capacity of the derrick in accordance with the industry standard;Second,ABS control strategy is adopted to realize automatic control of hydraulic disc brakes by using PLC automatic control technology,and reduce the load capacity of the derrick by reducing the braking impact load.Finally through the computer digital technology,write a derrick carrying capacity of real-time detection and hook load monitoring PC software,easy to operation and management,improve production efficiency and job security.With the emergence and application of LPWAN(Low-Power Wide Area Network)technology,low-power,long-distance wireless data transmission has become the development direction of wireless sensors.The wireless strain sensor used for stress detection in this paper uses LoRa wireless data transmission technology to communicate with the base station through the LoRa WAN protocol.Then,the base station and the computer are connected via WIFI,and the strain data is transmitted to the computer for post-processing.The wireless sensor network is flexible and convenient,which can save the sensor wiring and wiring time in the early stage of testing,and low-power wireless transmission can extend the working time of the sensor.The hydraulic disc brake is an important part of the braking system.The impact load of the brake control directly affects the bearing capacity of the derrick.In this paper,PLC is used as the main controller to realize hook monitoring.The ABS control strategy is applied to the braking process of the hydraulic disc brake.The PID control regulates the working pressure of the working pliers and safety pliers to reduce the impact load during braking,thereby slowing down the decline in derrick load capacity.The integrated system software adopts modular technology to develop parameter detection,data transmission and management,realizing real-time data display,historical data review,alarm recording and other functions.Using appropriate algorithms for data processing,as well as calculating the derrick load capacity,find the best conditions for the system’s cyclic operation and improve the response speed.The feasibility of the technology was verified by simulation experiments.Its innovation is mainly reflected in:(1)Adopting new wireless transmission technologies to achieve long-distance,low-power wireless transmission,enhancing the reliability of strained data transmission,and being suitable for drilling and repairing wells with more disturbances,and providing the possibility of real-time detection of non-stop working stress;(2)The introduction of ABS control strategy hook monitoring technology,can enhance the safety of the system,but does not affect the normal operation,while reducing the impact of braking load and extend the life of the derrick;(3)The integrated derrick bearing capacity automatic inspection and hook monitoring technology solves the problems of long period and poor real-time performance of traditional offline inspection methods.It can monitor derrick safety operations more accurately and effectively,and is more effective than derrick When carrying capacity,it can realize timely warning and automatic control.Reduce production costs and increase economic efficiency.
