With the<13th Five-Year Plan For Potato Processing Industry(2016~2020)>and the strategy of making potato as staple food promulgated and implemented,the potato processing industry of China will be developmed rapidly,but at the same time,potato starch wastewater as a serious pollution with high concentration is difficult to deal.If we can not find a treatment method,the potato starch wastewater will seriously restrict the development of potato starch processing industry of China.In this paper,we study different potato starch wastewater treatment methods,which includes adsorption treatment method,coagulation treatment method,Fenton oxidation treatment method and different combinations of treatment method,and finally through the production of Water Soluble Fertilizer and using potato starch wastewater to irrigate to study the utilization of potato starch wastewater.The results show that when using adsorption method to deal with potato starch wastewater in the experiment,the attapulgite is selected as the adsorbent.According to orthogonal experiment,the best conditions were as follow: the dosage is 8g,the p H is5,the adsorption temperature is 10 ℃,the adsorption time is 20 min.During the adsorption processing,the decrease of COD is mainly caused by the removal of protein.In the experiment of using coagulation method to deal with potato starch wastewater,when the coagulant is polyferric sulfate and the dosage is 4g / L,coagulant and sodium polyacrylate dosage is 40 mg / L,p H is 8 and stir for 10 min,the effect is best.In the experiment of using Fenton oxidation method to deal with potato starch wastewater,the optimum conditions are as follows: adding 0.98 mol / L of Fe SO4 in 4% and 0.98 mol / L of H2O2 in 7%,stirring for 20 min,using p H of 5.In the experiment of combined treatment methods,the experimental results show that the combination of "oxidation +adsorption + coagulation" gets the best result for dealing with potato starch wastewate.In order to further reduce the cost of wastewater treatment and the resource utilization ofpotato starch wastewater,the potato starch wastewater is pretreated by "coagulation +adsorption + disinfection" method to product the water soluble fertilizer products which can be applied directly.The trement method can solve the problem of potato starch wastewater pollution,at the same time that can produce economic benefits and the resource utilization method is applicable for the Northwest region of China. |
