| The overall level of cement industry factory logistics vehicle management system is not high in China,and there exists many problems,i.e.,chaotic management,redundant staff,low efficiency and so on.Therefore,for the above problems,a set of logistics vehicle management system of cement plant is designed in this paper,which solve many problems of the Anshan JD cement plant,i.e.,the vehicle logistics process is relatively complicated,the logistics process is too single and the manual input information process is tedious and error-prone.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,the main problems of existing systems are pointed out by analyzing the JD cement production process of Anshan factory.For these problems,Intelligent IC management,brake control system,RFID and other advanced Internet technology are adopted,and overall architecture and function of it are described detailedly.Secondly,according to the analysis results,a new intelligent control method is proposed in this paper,and the system is divided into five modules: the guard management module,the brake control module,the weighing control module,the cement transportation logistics management module and the raw materials transport logistics management module.Then,the system hardware and database are designed.The hardware system mainly include intelligent IC card,the brake control and IFID.Finally,based on designed the hardware basis,a complete software control system is developed by adopting.Net as the development platform.The software control system mainly includes: the guard management software,the weighing control software,the cement transportation logistics management software and the raw material transport logistics management software.By using the software system,the control is realized.Now the system has been applied to Anshan JD cement plant vehicle logistics management system,which not only improved the control effect,but also improved vehicle logistics transport efficiency of the cement factory. |
