Most of the recent coal mining relies on artificial, which is dangerous. Human errors and abnormal environment under mine can cause serious mine accidents, bringing mining enterprises and personnel mine a lot of potential safety problems. In this paper, hot technology-RFID technology is applied to mine safety management, real-time monitoring of the mine environmentautomatic staff attendance and positioning, providing an advanced and practical solution to protect the mine safe production, improving production efficiency and increasing production efficiency, accelerating the pace of digital mine of enterprises.RFID systems related theory is first shown in this paper, followed by the mine production safety requirements analysis,proposing a general framework for intelligent monitoring system which is based on RFID system.RFID operating frequency and the sensor is chosen in accordance with the special environment of the mine. We do research on label low-power, positioning,anti-collision,system security,and other key technologies.In order to ensure the security of the data transmission process,we propose an encryption algorithm based on threshold secret sharing in this paper,which is simple and requires little overhead.Then,selecting the specific chip and designing circuit in accordance with the functional modules of the system,the hierarchical idea is introduced into the design of embedded systems to complete the program.The industry’s most advanced high-speed embedded SoC Wireless chip CC2530and gain strong interference RF circuit design are introduced in this paper. Electronic tags using SMD surface mount with high density and small volume. The system has the characteristics of low power consumption,miniaturization,security,ultra-long-range wireless transmission.In addition,considering the extensibility,the design of the system has general versatility. Electronic tags leading all IO function interface and simulation interface.which are suitable for a variety of active radio frequency identification scheme.
