As an important equipment of low voltage power grid of coal mine,intergrated feeder switch protector are facing with the demands including low power consumption,multi-function,usable interfaces and multitasking.Moreover,the low-end equipments which use 8/16 bits single chip microcomputer have been unable to meet the development of intelligence,automation and networking in coal mine.Therefore,it is very meaningful that the embedded technology is used to research and development new intelligent integrated feeder switch protector.In this paper,a set of protector software system is designed based on real-time operating system uC/OS-III to solve the problem that the low-end device has single function and the poor real-time performance of software system.The software system is divided into hardware layer,management layer and application layer by hierarchical and modular methods.The hardware layer is the underlying drivers of hardware circuit designed of STM32F103ZET6 embedded chip that adopts the ARM Cortex-M3 kernel.The management layer is the operating system uC/OS-III that provides the software interface for the hardware layer and the application layer.The clock of operating system is set to 1ms according to the Sys Tick peripheral device and in the system,it opens mutex,semaphores,event flags group and message queue that were opened for task synchronization and resource management.The application layer is the performance function,which is based on the ST library functions developed in the form of task.The tasks include signal processing task,protection judgment task,data storage and reading task,human-computer interaction task and data communication task.The tasks use the operating system kernel to realize the synchronization,the communication and the resource management.The protective performance of protector was tested depending on the platform in laboratory and the upper computer testing system that was designed by MFC(Microsoft Foundation Classes)based Windows.The test results show that the protector can accurately reflect the operation status of the power supply system,and it would make a judgment at fault like under voltage,over-voltage,lack of phase,leakage,overload,short circuit,etc.The running condition of the software system is tested by uC/Probe,the results show that the system has the characteristics including stable operation,high running rate of CPU,high memory utilization rate and good real-time performance.
