| As one of the most important equipments in drill hoist system,oil derrick’s function is to bestow overhead travelling crane,and to hang tackle,hoisting hook and special tools.Its security is important to secure production of the whole drill system,so it is brought into the item of appraising drill-system’s security.For the most derricks have been working for years in vile condition in the open,and as the process of teardown-transportation-installation is increasing,oil derrick is damaged locally or holistically,which affects derrick’s carrying capacity designed formerly and becomes hidden trouble of accidents in secure production.In order to avoid the disaster,more scholars and engineers regard the technique of discriminating the damage of oil derrick exactly.This paper introduces the basic principle of support vector machines,the basic content of the statistical learning theory and support vector machine recognition principle,and further study of the regression algorithm and its application in damage identification;The definition and decomposition of the wavelet analysis and reconstruction algorithms are Explained,and the indicators of CT is taken as the derrick structure damage identification parameters based on the energy-based extraction and normalization methods;vibration response of on indoor derrick model is extracted under various conditions during the damage experiments,the change rate indicators of the normalized energy eigenvectors is calculated based on signal wavelet packet energy,and it can accurately determine the damage location of the derrick structure.This verified that the wavelet analysis method during the derrick on the structural damage identification is valid;Eigenvectors CT which were obtained from six different damage conditions at a same injury location under the assumption of known damage location based on the wavelet packet analysis are taken as a support vector machine training samples,and the damage identification support vector machine is established.The finite element simulation model of the indoor derrick model is established to simulate the damage of derrick,and the normalized energy eigenvectors is obtained from the same various damage conditions,and are taken as the test samples for support vector machine.Results show that structural damage identification support vector machine of the derrick has better recognition accuracy,and this verifies the feasibility of this method. |
