As an important part of the oil field ground network, water injection pipeline take responsibility for injecting medium (water, polymer, etc.),increasing oil production and raterecovery ratio and playing an important role in guaranteeing the oilfield normal development production.The optimization of water injection pipeline system can not only reduce the construction cost but also reduce the operation cost. This paper divide the optimization of water injection pipeline into three parts which are optimization of quantity of water injection station optimization of topology layout of water injection system and optimization of parameters.Obstacles does exist in the optimization design of pipe network. Besides its impact on planning phase, much attention should be paid to the distributions and parameters of the pipe network .If ignored, the optimal result and the actual condition can have bigger discrepancy, reducing the optimization effect, making the optimal design imperfect. Therefore, it is necessary to take obstacles into consideration during the optimization of pipe network in the whole design process.This paper aims to water injection pipeline and study different obstacle-avoidance algorithm confirmed the suitable obstacle-avoidance algorithm for water injection pipeline.The water flooding area divided into several statures area, each statures area use single water injection station mode, according to the cost of pipeline and water allocating station and the constraint of well-type and control radius,we build mathematical model.establish the mathematical model of waterflood pipe network hierarchical optimization whose research object is the wholly waterflood pipe network and objective function is the investment cost. Its condtraints are injection well process parameters and geometric position. The models couple evade obstacle optimize algorithm, establish the positions of all the stations and disposition connections type. And then optimize the parameters. Finally, research the wholly cost of different water injection station number, establish the best number of the water injection station and achieve the water injection optimization based on multi water injection stations.On the basis of theoretical analysis,we develop the software for calculating themathematical model in water injection system program language C++Builder,the layout optimization software of water injection pipeline system ,by a certain means, can be referable for related researeh in other oil field system.
