Natural gas is a kind of green energy.With dwindling oil resources and the gradual increase in the cost of mining,natural gas much attention in the energy sector.Acid gases in the gas will cause corrosion of metallic materials,and pollution of the environment,seriously threat personal health,Then our Country formulate appropriate laws and regulations to strictly limit the emissions of H2S.Therefore,the study of natural gas desulfurization technology is of great significance.In this paper,the gas mixture of H2S and N2 is for the simulation of natural gas.It was researched that the organic amine absorption desulfurization technology respectively using the static solubility evaluation of devices and absorption-evaluation device of dynamic absorption-regeneration tower.The sulfur content and solubility of a single organic amine were evaluated in solubility evaluation device,and in dynamic absorption-regeneration device,we screened the absorbent material to mix and determine the best mixing ratio,desorption temperature and absorption temperature.Simultaneously,the Amine Pkg and Glycol Pkg were used to simulation calculate in process simulation software ASPEN HYSYS and ASPEN PLUS for the petroleum chemical engineering,and the simulation calculation results are compared with experimental results.The results show that:(1)In a single solvent of MDEA,the sulfur capacity let biggest which is 3183.5 mg/L;(2)the suitable conditions in absorption-regeneration tower were that the best complex absorbent of MDEA-DEA on DEA and MDEA molar ratio of 1:5,absorption temperature is 40? and desorption temperature is 95°C.At this time,the sorbent sulfur let for 142.0 mg/L,the sulfur in tail gas for 0.024 mg/L to take off the H2S rate of 99.5%;(3)Compared calculation results show that the Amine Pkg package is suitable for calculating alcohol Amine solution dissolve performance,and Glycol Pkg packages is suitable for calculating alcohol solution the dissolution of the performance;(4)Application the Amine Pkg of ASPEN HYSYS and ASPEN PLUS simulation software packages to calculate and analysis the effect of sorbent concentration,temperature and speed for the performance of the hydrogen sulphide dissolved,and the simulation results and experimental results are consistent;(5)The calculation results of ASPEN HYSYS and ASPEN PLUS software is compared with the experimental results,which shows that the calculated results of ASPEN PLUS software is close to experimental results,and the law of its simulation of a variety of different adsorbents sulfur capacity are consistent with the experimental results,so ASPEN PLUS is more suitable to predict the simulation of the system.
