Centrifugal compressor is widely used in metallurgy and petroleum chemical industry.The type of compressor have a special phenomenon in the process of use,the special phenomenon is the surge.The surge of centrifugal compressor condition is deteriorated,which seriously affected the stability of the work and its efficiency,and even it will bring dangerous to the staff,it will lead to a major loss of property,so the the scholars and practitioners in the field are more focus on the centrifugal compressor anti-surge control method research.The foreign companies have the core control technology and intellectual property of the compressor,currently in the engineering practice it does not use the advanced control method.Based on the research background,the research subject of this paper is put forward in combination with the control system project of centrifugal compressor for sulphur production in a 40,000 tons every year sulphur recovery unit of PetroChina Company in Xinjiang.This thesis firstly analyze the current research status of centrifugal compressor dynamic simulation and anti-surge control of centrifugal compressor by many experts and scholars at home and abroad,and it research the working principle of centrifugal compressor and centrifugal compressor and pipeline characteristics,and it analyzes the reason of the centrifugal compressor surge,and then the thermodynamic model of centrifugal compressor is established.Based on the analysis of the functions of ASPEN HYSY software,and built a dynamic simulation platform for centrifugal compressor anti-surge,and the dynamic simulation of centrifugal compressor’s surge is carried out with ASPEN HYSYS software,and the communication interface between HYSYS and MATLAB is designed,and then after the design of the centrifugal compressor control system,the surge control is realized.Then on the basis of comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common control methods such as fixed limit,variable limit and variable frequency speed regulation for centrifugal compressor anti-surge,it studies the fuzzy control method of anti-surge.Finally,the fuzzy control method is simulated by using the dynamic simulation platform of centrifugal compressor surge.Relevant simulation results show that the anti-surge fuzzy controller designed in this paper can effectively prevent the occurrence of centrifugal compressor surge.
