| Sand production is the inevitable process of oil extraction caused by natural factors or human factors problems in.Sand production brings the economic costs,security issues and environmental pollution,can lead to serious waste production of wells,it must cause the attention of majority of Petroleum Science and technology researchers.This paper summarizes the reason of sand production,harm to the oilfield production brought by sand production.From the geological factors and engineering factors,discussed the influence of sand production mechanism.introduced the development status of sand control technology and the future development trend of the sand Since the nineteen forties.Based on polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether,diethylenetriamine as raw material,synthesis intermediates of β-hydroxy propyl dodecyl ether amine,observation the influence of reaction temperature,reaction time,material ratio on the reaction,educed the optimum reaction conditions:reaction temperature 65 ℃,reaction time 5 hours,reactant ratio(PPGDGE/DETA)2.3.Under these conditions the epoxy conversion was up to 95%.And with p-hydroxy propyl dodecyl ether amine and epichlorohydrin as cationic resin PEA synthesized reaction.Through studying the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,material ratio on the synthesis reaction,the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:the ratio of reactants(ECH/EA)was 3.5,the reaction temperature is 60 ℃,reaction time 6 hours.Under these conditions PEA cationic degree is 3.87mol/g,content of chloride ion is 5.85mmol.In addition,the adsorption of PEA on sand surface and anti-swelling properties are studied.The results show that the PEA has good performance of preventing inflation,antiswelling rate reaching 87%,with better results and KCl compoun.Cementing agent to prepare core based on PEA,observation the influence of solidification,consolidation time,PEA concentration,particle size on compressive strength,flexural strength and core sample permeability.After 55 ℃ PEA consolidation simulation sand for 48 hours,the compressive strength of 3.98MPa core,permeability is 2.43 μm2.The ageing resistance and medium resistance that PEA has better ageing resistance of core,without affecting the compressive strength,water,hydrochloric acid formation water,simulation of oil on the consolidated core,aqueous phase decreased the core permeability,oil relative permeability had no effect,alkali can reduce the compressive strength of cores.PEA has the effect of water plugging。... |
