Nowadays,the indoor air quality problems are usually caused by a variety of factors.One part toxic gases include carbon monoxide,nature gas or liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) which have chance to risk people's life mainly because people's carelessness.Base on actual needs,this project research and design an indoor air quality monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks detecting indoor air temperature, humidity, and combustible gas.When one gas concentration goes beyond its limit,automatic control function will be activated.Using this monitoring device,not only people could keep health,but also many family disasters could be avoided.This paper is all about the indoor environmental quality monitoring system.First of all,we introduce the toxic gases' source and the damages they bring to people's life,specially the explosive and combustible gas leakage'damage.According to system requirements,we introduce the general plan of this monitoring system and implementation of the Zigbee wireless network.Then according to the structure of system design,the related technical theories and the special processes of indooring air quality detecting terminal,Zigbee wireless router,Zigbee wireless gateway and monitoring software based on PC are introduced.Finally,by testing the function of the system,it is proved that the system can work properly and it has high precision.The indoor air quality monitoring system chooses CC2530,which is come from Texas Instruments,as the core of its hardware.Using CC2530 three kind of device objects were constructed.With the smart sensor and monitoring software,the system can detect indoor air temperature, humidity, and combustible gas and control it automatically.At the same time,temperature and humidity trend were represented by curve,so that the results at a glance.Use of the Z-Stack greatly shorten the system development cycle and the stability,reliability and maintainability of the system were improved.
