Heavy oil recovery plays an important proportion in global crude oil. Being a strategic resource and non-renewable resources, all countries developed variety of process mining,however,t utilization degree of reservoir is low,and the exploitation effect is poor, the manpower and the material resources are not used to the maximum extent. In this paper, the preparation of foam agent and the mechanism of effection of crude oil with foam agent are studied,enriched the technology of steam flooding is enriched. The specific research contents are as follows:1?Mixture of foam system can improve the overall properties of the foam, the main paper tested the performance of DY-1 in different temperature, salinity, pH etc, it is concluded that DY-1 still has good foamability and foam stability within range of 220 to300?, in foam concentration was 0.5%, the salinity of 15 000 mg / L, pH 7-10 performance better when sodium chloride is less than 0.5%, the content of calcium chloride is 0.15% have better performance, and better capability of emulsibility with crude oil.2?Studied the impact of Du 66 four components on AOS,crude oil and the overall effect of foam agent is consistent, AOS system and the foaming ability and foam stability were declined with saturated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, asphaltene and resin concentration increases. At the same time, the TG thermal gravimetric analysis the AOS with increasing temperature decomposition rule, then calculated the reaction activation energy and calculus reaction kinetic mechanism functions, derived AOS under different temperature stages of thermal decomposition kinetics equation.3?Compounded a foam system,which have high performance under the temperature of300 ?, and tested static and dynamic evaluation of foam system, the conclusion that its performance and business with foaming agent DY-1 similar resistance factor of size was determined by dynamic evaluation, foam system suitable temperature, gas to liquid ratio,permeability and oil saturation is determined.
