| With the development of our country’s economic construction and the demand for oil demand is gradually increasing, and oil development has entered the late stage of China’s inland, and the west because of the environment and geographical relationship of oil and gas drilling can’t enter the scale. Under the inland oil is in a state of drought, is an urgent need to offshore oil drilling to substitute. In order to further ensure that the continued development of offshore oil in our country, as an offshore oil drilling equipment, Marine drilling platform is developing rapidly.As the core component of ocean drilling platform of the speed reducer is one of the important parts to ensure a stable lifting platform.Offshore platform required to withstand a larger load speed reducer, and a stable output, at the same time need to compact structure, small volume. This ocean drilling platform reducer is mixed reducer to parallel shaft drive and planetary gear reducer in the gear train as the research object, the main research work is as follows:(1) on the reducer of planet gear train driving dynamics modeling,studies the single stage 2 k-h type planetary gear structure and establishing the model of translation - reverse accordingly promote the multi-body dynamics equations of the planetary gear train.(2) based on ADAMS software stress simulation analysis on the virtual prototype model of gear reducer, the planetary gear meshing force of internal and external meshing time curve, and the curve was analyzed.(3) based on Romax virtual prototype simulation analysis software for reducer model, analysis and calculation for the strength of the shaft,the stress and planet carrier on the input and output shaft of the reducer,the force bearing fatigue life prediction.Finally the study of this paper is summarized, and for the next step of work and research are prospected. |
