Coal is one of the main energy in our country,the utilization of coal resources is the basis of the forward development of our country.With more and more deep coal mining depth,the coal mining machine in working environment for complex,to ensure the work efficiency of the coal winning machine and reduce the failure rate is the social focus in the field of a typical problem in coal mining now,guarantee the stability of coal winning machine parts for a long time,the highly effective work in the domain of coal seam is the main direction of coal mine machinery research.Planetary gear reducer is one of the core components of coal winning machine cutting part,the gear system are motivated by the internal and external motivating factors is more,the nature of the movement system has strong nonlinear,so the planetary gear reducer for improve the quality of coal winning machine has high practical significance.Based on the theory of planetary gear reducer research coal winning machine cutting part,based on the type of MG500-1180/WD electric traction shearer structure of planetary gear system established the nonlinear dynamics equation and parametric modeling,and based on the theory of finite element analysis on its overall statics analysis,for each part of planetary reduction gear drive system has carried on the intensity,and based on the theory of finite element fatigue analysis for its overall finished the operation life,its analysis results are compared with the statics analysis.Secondly,the part of the dynamics of planetary gear system has carried on the research,based on the finite element analysis of the characteristics,its inherent frequency and vibration mode verify the coupling resonance.Finally,in view of the planetary gear reducer under two different condition of rated speed drive roller broken coal process and coal winning machine speed racing,the planetary gear system was studied and the transient dynamic response of each parts.Using the method of finite element analysis of planetary gear speed reducer of coal winning machine cutting part of the design,manufacture and operation to make theoretical reference analysis,the applicability of the strength of the materials,the system of vibration characteristics and the response of the system,it is concluded that the feasibility of the prediction has high theoretical guidance and practical value.
