Titanium alloy is widely used in aeroengine manufacture.It will reduce the weight of the plane and improve the overall structure efficiency of the aircraft by using titanium alloy.The titanium alloy is also the typical difficult-to-machine materials,so its processing quality requirements are often difficult to be guaranteed.Titanium alloy diaphragm disk is the functional part of aeroengine,it has high requirements in surface texture and machining accuracy.Because of the unreasonable selection of cutting parameters,the rate of finished titanium alloy diaphragm disks is low in manufacturing enterprises and the domestic level is not high.It is important realistic significance to find a method to solve the problem of the cutting parameter selection.The paper researches on facecutting of titanium alloy diaphragm disks in the high-speed.Using finite element software to simulate the distribution properties of machined surface thermodynamic field.Based on turning experiments,researching the influence factors of diaphragm disks work-hardening and surface degenerating layer.Using finite element software analysis the titanium alloy residual stress distribution and the law of deformation.The main study contents and fruits are as follows:Firstly,according to titanium alloy diaphragm disks in the high-speed experiments,using Deform-2D establish the orthogonal cutting model,analysis the influence factors of machined surface and the temperature field of titanium alloy machined surface with different cutting conditions.Secondly,according to the characteristics of titanium alloy diaphragm disks processing,established the model in ideal condition,using ANSYS11.0 to simulate the the release of residual stress and redistribution in processing,and researching the relationship of cutting conditions,residual stress and deformation.And then,base on micro-hardness testing and the simulation,researching the influence factors of work-hardening,and establish the prediction model by regression analysis,then test the significantly.Finally,according to the experiments,using scanning electron microscope(SEM)to observation the surface materials of titanium alloy machined surface,analysis the formation mechanism of surface degenerating layer and the metallographic organization.The research is great of the oretical value and practical significance for improving the aero-engine titanium alloy diaphragm machined surface quality and machining efficiency,solving the problem of actual production and promoting technological progress.
