There are more than 172,000 petroleum machinery works in Chinese,and about150000 of them are pumping unit wells.In Liaohe oil field,pumping unit wells are more than 45000,and it is about 77% of the total number of machine production Wells.The power consumed of these well is about 3.6 billion KWH,which accounts for more than a quarter of the total oilfield production power consumption.There are still several problems in Liaohe oil field,such as the pumping unit selection is not reasonable,utilization rate of load is low,utilization of well pumping unit load is below 70%,and initial investment waste and increase of energy consumption.Firstly,in this paper we study the law of the suspension motion of the heterogeneous pumping unit,the double donkey pumping unit,the lower barbell pumping unit and the tower type pumping unit,and the calculation model of the relationship between displacement and load in suspension points for different types of pumping units is established.By analyzing the main influencing factors of the load of the pumping unit,the empirical formula of the maximum and minimum load calculation for water flooding,flood drive,ternary compound flooding and low permeability oilfield is proposed respectively.Secondly,the torque factor of the pumping unit is calculated according to the structural parameters of the pumping unit,and the load torque is get based on the measured dynamometer.Then the balance torque is calculated by the balancing way.The calculation model of different types of pumping unit torque can be used to simulate the variation law of crankshaft net torque with crank angle.Thirdly,by analyzing the damage situation of the pumping unit in the field,and the relationship between the probability of the pumping unit and the utilization rate of the load and the use time,the model of the probability of failure is established.At the same time,considering the economic life of the pumping unit,the reasonable load utilization rate of the pumping unit and the reasonable torque utilization rate of the pumping unit are obtained.Finally,the principle of selecting the pumping unit is established by analyzing the energy saving principle of the pumping unit.Furthermore,by discussing the internal relationship between the operatingparameters and efficiency of the pumping unit,and optimizing the operation parameters of the pumping unit,a multi-objective optimization strategy for operation parameters of pumping unit was formed,and it can optimize the operating parameters to ensure a reasonable choice of production parameters by using the efficiency,energy consumption,investment and safety as the goal.Then the energy saving for different types of pumping units in different working conditions were further analyzed,and the adaption to the conditions and scope of various pumping units were summed up.Finally,the mechanical characteristics and working characteristics of the typical motor are reviewed in detail,and the matching mechanism between the motor and the pumping mechanism is put forward with the theory of the light rod load rate method.By using the field wells as a case,a reasonable calculation of the motor matching power was give to solve the large horse car problem.
